I would only mention it at the house you pledged at your old school. What I'm not sure of is why you didn't just initiate and then join OSU's chapter as an initiated member. I know plenty of people who have done that, even at top houses. That being said, every chapter likely already knows because of your social media. One of my sisters was in your shoes and we knew without her telling us before we gave her a bid. But don't bring it up.
