Tier 4 and down need adjusting a little: Tier 4: ato and beta Tier 5: SigEp, zbt, delta Sig Tier 6: pike, Fiji, delta chi, pi kapp Beta is on par with ato and pike and Fiji and fallen way off with pathetic blocks and parties.
