Lower teirs stand to benefit from the suspensions because more guys who wouldn’t normally go to their events will give them a try. The ones that stand to benefit the most are mid and top tier frats that will be fully back (think Delt, ATO, Phi Delt, FIJI, Beta, Etc.) since more quality guys will check them out and bid there. Frats that are suspended or have limitations will probably suffer since no one wants to join an org that won’t be able to have events for a semester or longer. TKE (and KapSig and Sammy if th suspension rumors are true) will exist but underground frats usually suffer in membership cuz not a lot of people will take that risk. I mean if something bad happens at an underground party you’re caught you technically can be suspended or worse because your org is not allowed so not a lot of guys wanna risk that.
