If you feel like you can not afford a sorority, all I can say is definitely to not join. You are taking another person's spot that someone else can afford and have. Sororities do not want to be accepting members that will eventually drop. There are also business fraternities that have the same events but with less dues. However, if you can afford it I definitely recommend going through and I hope you find your future home!
