This is exactly how Zeta's recruitment was done. They participate in the first round and that is it until after bid day. PNMs will need to decide before they sign their bid card after pref if they want to try for an established sorority of try for Kappa. Some PNMs made a HUGE mistake thinking if they didn't sign their bid card and tried for Zeta, that it was automatic they would get a Zeta bid. They walked away empty handed. REMEMBER THIS: 1. If you participate in Formal Recruitment, sign a bid card and get a bid from a chapter, you cannot try for Kappa 2. Participating in Kappa's recruitment is NOT means to an automatic bid.
