That's almost exactly how I'd rank them too! Just a couple changes in my opinion: I think there's a growing difference between the top three and bottom three 'top houses" KKG DG Pi Phi (falling, but I think they'll get a better pc this year) Then a decently big drop (but still top tier) to: A Phi KD Theta Mid: Chi O (under appreciated in my opinion) AGD DDD AXiD AXO (might be headed to the top of the next tier down) Bottom: AOPi DZ AEPhi And a shoutout to AOPi for definitely improving! And no I'm not a Chi O.
