Honestly, no matter what house you end up in, your experience in a sorority is 100% what YOU make it. You can have friends in every chapter, both sorority and fraternity. This isn't a southern school where people are super competitive. If you spend your time feeling sorry for yourself because you got cut from a chapter you wanted, you won't have any fun. Give it a shot, go to all the events you can during your new member period (I can't stress this part enough) and you just might grow to love your chapter.
