Yes, possibly. There is a list of women who dropped out. If any sororities liked you and have some extra spots after bids are handed, they may contact you. That being said, I do not know your reasons for dropping out. If you dropped out because you didn't like the options you had left, then you may not have much luck. It is highly doubtful your top choice will give you a snap bid after dropping you. I believe all potential snap bids are contacted on bid day, so after that, I think you're out of luck.
