I don't think most girls want to be a part of a new house. Some girls probably do for sure, but not in the extent you make it out. Most girls want established houses so they can have an entire fam, solid social calendar, alumni base, and a good house. I think they'll cross pref with lower mid and top of bottom chapters like agd, fuzzie, axo, and gphi.
