Tbh, a lot of sororities get in trouble with PHA for "dirty rushing" including GPhi. The rules set by PHA are pretty strict though, so dirty rushing can be as simple as using the hashtag #gogammaphi to using decorations during recruitment that PHA doesn't allow. Some chapters just budget in advance to pay the fine, which is the usual penalty. But it's not a big deal and it every sorority here gets in trouble for dirty rushing every once in a while. A more serious thing is when sororities tell girls they have a bid or tell them to single intentional preference. However, that doesn't usually happen and is generally because an active is being an idiot, not bc the sorority told them to dirty rush. But definitely report this stuff to PHA please. The other stuff doesn't really matter.
