These are the tiers of frats (roughly). Relatively interchangeable in tiers. Upper Top: Phi Psi, Sig Chi, Kap Sig Lower Top: TKE, Delt, SAE Upper Middle: Sammy, ATO, Phi Delt Lower Middle: Pike, AEPi, FIJI, Sig Ep Bottom: Everybody else As much as it pains to say it, KapSig is top; Delt and TKE just haven't kept up. SAE is lower top, although there is a chance that Sammy could come from behind and take that spot this year. Phi Delt, ATO, SAE, KS, Sig Chi and Phi Psi had some really good pledge classes, whereas some others had unremarkable ones. I could def see Beta or a couple other small ones coming into the mix soon as more kids come to OSU. Regardless, if you're in a house you're going to have a great time; please make sure you rush where you feel comfortable and not for rankings.
