I think almost every house has chill guys, but kappa sig, SAE, and beta are generally regarded as the biggest tryhards (beta might only be my opinion, it's not talked about too much). If you're looking for smaller ones that aren't talked about on this site that have a decent social life, check out sigma Pi, delta sig, d chi, ZBT, and phi tau. By decent social life I mean better than most GDIs but still not even close to the top houses. If you want one of the bigger houses that are talked about on this site, ATO and phi delt seem to me to be the ones that care the least about trying to be the best on campus. People in different social groups will have a different opinion than me. My opinion was formed mostly by being rush chair for one of the smaller fraternities I listed and seeing where some guys that didn't join my house ended up, and partially by bars/sorority formals/when I went through rush.
