How would you know what kappa got in trouble for? You are obviously not in kappa and I would assume that the girls in the house would know what they were charged with better then you... Also, PHA is REQUIRED to give the name of the person, or the name of the chapter, that reported them. They must do that because they want people to be held accountable for their information, so that everyone isn't just making up stories about various chapters just to get them in trouble.
