I think trying to create tiers and rankings are stupid. Here's a hypothetical scenario... If you're a freshman and you're rushing a sorority and you have no family/friend ties to any houses or any prior preferences going into recruitment, if you got one of these six houses on bid, you're going to be fine either way. Kappa, Theta, DG, Alpha, KD and Pi Phi. Seriously, of a girl put Kappa as her number one choice and she got KD or Alpha Phi or one of the others mentioned above, she will still be happy. Any house outside of those six... I guess it just depends on who the girl is with if shes happy or not.
