1. Delt is in no way, shape or form top tier. No serious member of OSU Greek life thinks that Delt carries a similar reputation to Phi Psi, Sigma Chi or even Kappa Sig. That's not a dig at Delt, they are a solid chapter but know your place. 2. You are an idiot if you think pledge class size determines fraternities' ranks. The numbers are based on how man seniors they are graduating and what size the fraternity wants to remain. Sig Ep is closing in on 200 members and based on this logic would be the best fraternity OSU has to offer. However, if a larger fraternity only took 10 pledges in the spring then yes I would say that's not a good sign and is abnormally low. 3. With the decline of TKE Kappa Sig has reached top tier again.
