Sig Ep consistently has the highest grades, but they're a dry house so partying is out of the equation. Sigma Chi parties often, and parties hard but balances raging with school quite well. Their second highest grades on campus prove the point. Phi Psi is know as a maintaining a good "balance" but honestly their parties dont match other houses, and their grades struggle compared to other fraternities. In my opinion, the overall top houses are Sigma Chi and Phi Delta Theta.
