<strong>Subject:</strong><br />Frat Rankings from My POV<br /><br /> Poster Message:
Top 3: There are three tied for first because these three frats are all great, but excel in different areas. Sig Chi is a top party frat and a good brotherhood frat. Stereotypical frat guys, but good dudes for the most part. A very cool house. Sig Ep has the best grades on campus most every term in recent years. Dry house so parties are shaky at best, but have good guys overall. Brotherhood is pretty strong. Also best house location and one of the best looking houses. Lambda is good for partying and philanthropy. Likely the easiest bid to get of the top houses, but the large numbers make it a fun party house and they always show out big to many philanthropies. Some people that get bids feel that they're on the outside of the fraternity due to it's large number of bids and lack of vetting during rush, so not great brotherhood. And also consistently terrible grades. 4. SAE has great parties, but I know way too many people who are uncomfortable going there. Good looking house, but pretty far from campus. 5. Pi Kapps have the best looking house with a big front yard. As close to the movie Animal House as you can get at OSU. Very frat and a top 3 party frat.
