The whole top tier is middle tier. Also it should be more like this: (In order in tiers) Top: KD, Theta, AXO Upper mid: Kappa, Aphi, AGD Lower mid: DG Upper low: AOPi, Sig Kap Lower low: Chi O, Tri delta, SA (although they're not housed or anything so it's kind of unfair to compare them to everyone else)
