I was stumbling around on the internet and I came across some info that Phi Psi was rechartered in 2010. Looks like they were kicked off in 99, tried to recharter in 04, failed and then came back in 2010. Props to them, I had no idea about this until now, and by the time I was a freshmen here in 2013 they were already a top house.
