I'm in a "top" frat as well and this is how I feel pretty much. Alpha phi and DG are definitely top, then comes pi phi followed by kappa. Both of these houses have a ton of incredibly gorgeous girls in them on top of being super cool and pretty active on campus. I haven't heard of Chi O anything this year yet granted I'm pretty sure they are on probation. As stated above AXO is irrelevant they aren't not in the top they are equal with tridelt and KD, possibly lower. Pretty much how everyone else I know feels too.
