This is only my opinion, so others may feel differently Phi Psi: Tied with SAE for top, but it depends on who you like more. Phi Psi's are mostly known as the guys that go the hardest. Can be your typical frat guy, but most are really nice. Nice house too SAE: Again, tied with Phi Psi for top. Also party a lot. Mostly your California bros. Most are nice, but they don't have their house which sucks. Beta: Typical bros, but they are a lot of fun. One of the top houses but not as fun as SAE or Phi Psi. Cool house Sig Ep: They've gone through a lot of changes but they are still fun. Pretty diverse group. Their swamp stomp party is always pretty fun. Sigma Chi: Looked at as the rich kids from Portland house. They pretty much all went to High school together if you're into that sort of thing. A lot of chill guys, but they can't drink in their house which sucks. Lambda: Not really a fan, but a lot of people like them. Cool house and awesome basement, but they can't utilize it because they got caught partying. Sigma Nu: the "husband" house. All the guys are really sweet and welcoming. Just moved into Sigma Pi's old house. Don't really party though. Kappa Sig: They party and that's about it. They don't have a house but they have some cool liveouts. Half the house are fun guys and the other half are mixed bag of random guys. Delts Sig: Don't really know too many guys in this house but the ones I have met are pretty alright. They all really like to play soccer sooooo idk.
