This pretty much confirms that in anyone's book the top houses are Phi, Pi Phi, and Chi O. They rank high in this ranking which is actually based on substance, and in general rankings based on reputation. This also should worry DG, or show pnms and other greeks that DG is ranked highly but regarded lowly by most people? The lines of upper mid tier, lower mid tier, and bottom are a little blurred by this which really shows that our houses are pretty equal after the top few. Solidifies Theta as bottom tier though.
