Beta, Phi Psi, SAE (sort of, not really), Chi Psi, Sig Ep, Lambda, Sigma Chi, DTD, Sigma Nu, Delta Sig, AEPi and Pi Kapp all have houses. As far as who has the best physical house, its Phi Psi or Beta. They both have the classic looking fraternity houses, but I give Phi Psi and edge over Beta because they have a huge backyard and they have a much better basement. Lambda's house is pretty alright, but they do have the best basement out of all the fraternities (even though they can't use it). Sigma Nu's house is really cool, and Sigma Chi's is nice but weird. Its like an old apartment complex, but they have a full court basketball hoop.
