Out of curiousity why is it okay that Anchorsplash and Derby Days practically require every house to raise the money for Sig Chi and DG? Instead of them putting on an event to raise money they put on a competition of which house can do the most work for them..? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed this and I think it would be interesting to separate how much they raise through ticket sales and shirt sales versus including what each house is raising through their own connections and efforts? I'm all for Greek involvement within each other's philanthropies I just am confused why they get to claim all that money was raised by them by just promoting and judging?
