Who has been on campus for a long time. Kind of hard to tell who has good brotherhood if you're not in that house, but Sig Chi, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, Beta, SAE all have a lot of successful alumni. I would suggest during rush you ask about that and see what the brothers have to say! That's honestly how I chose my house. And that's a lot better than asking "what are your parties like"
