Beta and Phi Psi have the best houses by far. Beta: huge house and really nice front lawn that they have summer parties on, inside is an average frat house and they have a lot of room to rage. Phi Psi: THE animal house, yes from the movie, it's iconic. I wouldn't say its as nice as the beta house but its still pretty cool and they have a big backyard.
