Fiji has to wait awhile since aepi signed a lease last year lasting them for awhile longer. Theta chi and phi delt are in the same boat where they need to get bigger to get the houses back. Both of those houses take a lot of numbers to fill. I can seem them both probably getting their houses back around the same time.
