Fair enough, but once again it seems like people are giving them credit off their old reputation. Are you really sure that Phi Psi is gonna be throwing basement parties again? Because it seems like Fraternities in general are sort of slowing down on that after the whole Lambda fiasco. Just saying I wouldn't bank on them doing that, and without any premier liveouts any one knows about it will be interesting to see how it pans out. One things for sure, with a lot of houses off probation in the Fall some will crash and others will kill it. Either way it'll be fun
