I see what you mean, but as much care free fun that sae and beta and phi psi have, I have still felt creeped out and disrespected. Haven't really felt that at sigep or signu or sig chi. It's not as carefree college mentality true but I feel comfortable there. Phi psi is pretty stupid for partying on prob. After recent events though I would definitely put signu above kappa sig and lambda (lol) and sig ep at least has a house.. sae Guess it just depends what you consider what it means to be "top"
