I would move tri Delt down since they really didn't improve, other houses just moved down like AXO. And Theta is rising but I wouldn't move them into mid tier. I would rank like this: A Phi/DG/Pi Phi/Chi O Kappa/AXO/DDD Theta/KD/G Phi Within each tier those houses are interchangeable depending on preference.
