i would put sigep into the top. There is not much dispute, they are fun and people love to party with them. They aren't crazy but they have a big following base. I would also think it's time sigma Nu went up to upper, or upper mid. I've been to some great parties recently, along with anchorsplash, grades and sweeping fsl awards and the house. Where were any of the "top tiers" in those awards? Sigep won rising chapter but that was about it.
