A house doesnt make a party. What ive been hearing around campus, which i believe to be the consensus of a lot of greek life is that AEPi is now hated even more than before for taking the best place to party. Also, phi psi probably picked up a new liveout, everyone who wouldve gone to boathouse will probably just go there. having a house with a reputation doesnt make AEPi cool. . .
