no... SAE: All of their pledges are excited to live in the house. They are getting their house back and they are going to rage. Lambda: Theta Chi isn't even a thing here, so Lambda has no reason to leave. Not sure on their liveout situation. Also, I am so tired of people saying lambda and sigep are top houses because of their DJs. People like those houses because the guys are fun, not because they happen to have guys that are famous DJs.
