A Chi O always recruits weird pcs of half cute half weird and if they recruited a better looking group they could solidify their spot at strong upper middle tier. Tri delt could be so much better if they didn't have 20% uglies so their recruitment chair should crack down on getting a hotter pc next year and they could be up there closer to Kappa. Kappa always has a less attractive pc than others but they thrive on being bros and sporty so guys overlook their uglies and want to rage with them anyway.
