to be completely fair kappa delta is that low in ranking because at uo no one moves up or down unless something drastic (like the situation with chi omega) happens. kappa delta has decent looking girls, some gorgeous and some not, a lot of mixed types of personalities, and are involved but understatedly so. kd is always well represented at philanthropies, but their philanthropies are not ones people talk about and their number of participants in the more major events (greek week, anchor splash, etc.) are not the same as other houses. also the fact that they're such a mixed bag makes it hard to give their house a label which makes the house seem like it will accept everyone/anyone, which is a trait for bottom tier houses to have.
