Theta and Gamma Phi have decent looking girls and win ALOT of things....Theta wins almost every dance or some participation award and Gamma Phi has won a couple philanthropies or got 2nd place and they have one of the best sisterhoods. Looks wise, ya maybe they aren't the hottest, but why is Greek Life all about looks? There are alot of other aspects to take into consideration, so I don't think Theta and Gamma Phi are "bottom of the bottom" anymore
