Go out and meet some guys you like and convince them to pledge. Its not like the membership isnt changing every year with people pledging and graduating. Stop complaining about the quality of your current bros and go after some new guys that you would enjoy spending time with. Id also venture to say you probably havent spent enough time with all your brothers to fairly determine than there arent existing members who you could turn into close friends.
