Fact of the matter is If you don't have a house, its much harder to attract a good pledge class. Frats/Sororities can be really cool group of individuals but if they don't have a house they wont get as many pledges, its just how it works. Would love to see this change but unfortuantely it hasnt happened yet. In the mean time, houses who dont have actual houses should just work on having raging live outs to get their name out their to incoming freshman.
