Just gonna say that yes, in a perfect world everyone would sleep on boats, but there's nowhere near enough boats or enough money to pay for all of them. Even going the cheapest route would put it out of many peoples price range. It also doesn't fall on underclassmen and girls to get more boats, it falls on the upperclassmen who plan the event. If they want to reserve more boats and ask people to pay more, they can, but they never have and probably never will.
