I see rankings with aphi, chi o, or dg as "top tier" but i dont know why. Is it based on like popularity and reputation or on like gpa and philanthropy and events they plan? I am gonna rush in the fall and want to know how these rankings are based and if i should be actually taking them into consideration when looking at a house or if they if they are an insignificant popularity contest.
