Wow, this is like the hundreth time someone has asked about COB on here. Contact houses you are interested, email their recruitment chair. It'll be on their website under officers. Let them know. Not every house is doing it. COB is very lowkey and most upper/middle houses will only contact a few women who are interested or who they could see fitting in well. Lower ranked houses will often have open events, like how Sigma Kappa holds events through the year, same with DZ. Hopefully you find your forever home <3
