It depends on your version of "best". Every sorority feels like they get the best girls because every sorority is different and they recruit differently. As far as rentention in between FFR rounds, usually the most competitive sororities are APhi, ZTA, and Pi Phi. KD will probably be competitive as well but I think it might take them a few semesters to fully identify who they are as a sisterhood.
