Theta Chi- no matter how much you hate them, for probably good reasons, there is no way this isn't true. They're on top of it all and they're off probation. Not even a competition anymore. Gap Kappa Sig- up and coming, tons of momentum and catching up quick. Great parties great involvement great recruitment. Less dbgs every semester, more studs. Bigger gap Fiji/pike- put it in either order. It really doesn't matter. They both had something great and they both blew it. Pike has too many guys, no cohesion, and and for every athlete they have a tub or a weirdo. Way too arrogant for what they bring to the table. Mass bid incredibly avg people. And honestly their parties suck. They are getting worse every semester. Upper middle tier and declining. Fiji had a lot of momentum despite their small size and they blew 3 easy recruitment seasons after coming out as a new charter that won chapter of the year twice and had a powerful first social year. Once all of their original brothers graduated it seems like they left the new bros in the dark. Mostly athletic, social dudes but they have painfully weird guys which made it hard for them. they have started to pull it together and they are improving on ALL fronts pretty quickly. Upper mid tier and rising, but not to kappa Sig's level any time soon. Even bigger gap Sigma pi- always been solid middle tier, good guys, small, strong. If they get off probation they can make something happen. Eeeven bigger gap Phi delt- you exist because of theta chi. Don't make them mad.
