Top tier. They've been the second biggest fraternity for the past year or so. They're definitely not bottom tier...I'd put them at 2nd or 3rd best on campus overall. Considering Lambda Chi doesn't actually do anything, and is about to get kicked off campus anyway. (Nationals shut down their formal the other day because if they got with a single beer they'd be shut down). Phi Kappa Tau is fine though, better than most of the problem ridden fraternities at ODU
