Phi Kap and pi Kap are both great organizations, they just do things a little different from our other IFC school fraternities. They appeal to different audiences. Both are immensely popular, but this website is for people who like sigma chi and more traditional fraternities. In people who use this website's opinion they are not popular to that certain group. Although they are changing to where they are becoming more respected by traditional fraternities it is very gradual, as they used to be so different in the past. If you like them join them, they have as much fun as the "top tier" fraternities just they do things a little more different and appeal to a different group. If you like that group more, then so be it. I would put them in a different category from the other bottom tier groups, in reality they would be middle tier for the amount of stuff and attractive people they have, but they're just different. tl;dr: Greek rank is dumb, go with your gut
