<strong>Subject:</strong><br />rushing as a junior<br /><br /> Poster Message:
So I rushed last semester and had to drop after getting a bid from a sorority because I had a family emergency that I had to spend the money I was going to use for dues to help out my family. I've been told to wait until spring to re-rush but the thing is my Cousin is an alum and former president of a chapter in Texas to one of the top teir sororities on campus and I know I can get rec letters to that sorority but am told a lot of times they don't rush in the spring or do continuous bidding like the others do. It's not a make or break for me to get into that sorority but I also don't want to miss out on the opportunity to be part of a great sisterhood so I'm a little confused and conflicted. And do juniors even get bids? I've heard different opinions from people on this but would like to know from some of you that are actually a part of Greek life at unf.
