Honestly, even as someone who has not been involved for like a year and in that same position, "seriously" is a little too hyped. They made it clear they did not want me in their sisterhood. I was apart of leadership summits, on 5 committees at one point, and got nothing out of it. No positions and treated not so kindly. But what I'm saying is I think you should make this point more rationally, less angrily. Let me tell you, it's been easier for me to let go of these girls as easily as it has been for them to let go of me. There's more inspiring and empathetic people out there once you let go. Anyone who tells you what opinions you can express, not giving girls positions that they deserve out of merit, making girls go inactive on the basis of "mental health/concern" based on old info, or unfairly punishes/lets people off for the same "offense", is not worth your time. The girls who stop contacting you or won't even let you help with philanthropy you once you drop, go inactive, aren't either. I'm not mad, but I've seen all of this happen, it's shameful, so I hope an active sister reading this uses this as constructive criticism and changes this because privately going to exec/mdc doesn't help. Not everyone in the chapter is like this. A great deal of the leadership, though, yes. I'm not saying I totally disagree with what you said, but there is a better way. I hope you're okay though TLAM
