Nope, once you are initiated into an NPC sorority you can never join another NPC sorority. If you signed the card stating that you accepted a bid, was offered a bid but you declined the bid (does not matter if it was before or after "running home") you have to wait ONE year. Those are National Panhellenic rules that the University of North Florida Panhellenic Council agrees to and abides by. The MRABA is Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA) card (aka “bid card”).
