I don't think there's any question that Acacia is the top fraternity on campus. They're involved in every greek event, they have great brotherhood, good in sports, great annexes, and all the sororities love them. Sure you can make the case that they're a bunch of meat heads and some of them are tools but in general, they're a great group of guys. From there you have a few fraternities in the mix... Phi Psi cause of their house, sorority relations, IFC representation, and their general attitude towards greek life. However, they are "try hards" and they will lose their house to FIJI when FIJI is ready to move back in. Sigma Pi cause of their parties, overall involvement in greek life and IFC, and their sorority relations. However, they are a bit rowdy and things tend to escalate quickly when they're involved. Phi Tau cause of their size and annexes. However, they tend to hang out with only DG and Beta is taking their best annex next year. SAE because of their chapter house. I don't know enough about them to make a decent case for/against them. Even Beta. They have the best house on campus HANDS DOWN, they have deep pockets cause of their alumni, and they had the best GPA on campus. However, they tend to hang out solely with ADPi and don't have the best sorority relations although a few of their guys date fuzzies. BUT they will never be a top tier frat cause they're ability to seemingly make every other fraternity hate them.
