At this point let’s just call this whole thing what it is. It’s pretty much no different than frat rush behind a computer screen. Everyone Goes where they want to go and vice versa. If they dint, they drop and get snapped. There’s no true regulation, there’s bid promising on the side and hand picking pnms.
